Home Owners Associations
This question is asked alot, Where is my money going?
Being a part of a Community with monthly or annual fees and bills aren't getting paid, or your community is stuck in a contract that your not seeing the value for your dollars?
I have seen Home Owners Association hiring the "one stop shop" Management company, with the assumption that they are getting the best deals with contractor pricing, and that the association monthly bills are being paid timely.
After reviewing some of those Management pratices, and informing the findings to the Home Owners Association, the "one stop shop" was separated for transparency purposes.
